Sometimes CAS is the only way to go. I wanted to show off this beautiful, so I kept it clean and simple.
The image is from Rubbernecker. To get the water color effect, I colored on the stamps with Distress makers, spritzed them with water, then stamped the image. I added a little velvet ribbon, popped the image up on a mat with a litter border punch action, and it's done.
