Christmas tags!

I love making Christmas tags. Here are a couple I made in pairs.

The top ones feature stenciled brick/stones, which I've topped with a strip of cardstock to represent a fireplace surround and mantel.  Glittery red stockings are hung from the mantel, and there's a gift beside the mantel in the one on the right, where the stockings are adorned with teeny holly leaves.

For the bottom set of tags, I first sponged ink onto white tags, then used glittery ornament stickers to decorate each. Each tag has a festive sentiment stamped on it.

Each tag also features different ribbon/string combinations, not making the slightest dent in my collection of ribbons and fibers.

These tags are entered in these challenges:

The Paper Shelter # 661 -- Christmas Tags

Simon Says  Stamp Monday -- matching set

CRAFT #769 -- Christmas

Word Art Wednesday #726 -- anything goes

I do hope the recipients appreciate the work you have put into them and keep them as they are, so lovely. These are beautiful tags, and thank you so much for sharing them with us over at Polkadoodles Digi Choosday. Good luck.

  3. Tags are such a fun thing to make and they turned out great! I agree that even making a bunch it hardly makes a dent in the stash of supplies! Thanks for joining us at the Paper Funday Challenge.
