Graduation day

Sometimes, all it takes it the right patterned paper, right? I needed a graduation card, and this paper works perfectly since the grad's school colors are black and gold. (There is gold ink around the edge of the black panel, although it's hard to see in the photo).

This card is for these challenges.

  1. Love the gold touch on the background paper edges and the gold thread to complete the grad's school colors of black and gold... very handsome card. And you came so close to our sister's sketch challenge. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble and hope you come back to pick another Raffle Ticket and you might want to use our sketch... hope to see you again.

  2. Sandy, what a clever idea to use floating graduation caps to celebrate a new graduate as your creative take on TSOT's sketch!! It also fits in so perfectly with our Double Trouble graduation theme in our 7th anniversary challenge!!! -Donna

  3. I really like your graduation card, the gray scale colors with the gold accents are a great combination. The thread looks like it could have come right from a tassel! Such a nice touch.
