Butterflies

A friend sent me some embossed backgrounds a few weeks ago, and I wanted to showcase this butterfly background. I cut it down to a square and mounted it on a snippet of lavender.  There are two die cuts stacked on it. One is a flowering branch from Memory Box, cut from vellum. The butterfly, from Simon Says, was cut from another snippet.  The sentiment is from Hero Arts.

The card is for these challenges:
Catch the Bug -- the great outdoors
Cuttlebug Mania -- anything with Dies

  5. The soft look the vellum floral sprig gives is perfect to not overwhelm the embossed background. Pretty butterfly and pretty card.
