Cookie Challenge #50

It's time for another challenge at If You Give a Crafter a Cookie.  The inspiration photo takes us "under the sea."  The prize sponsor this time is The Stamping Boutique, which is offering you a choice of digis if you win.
For my card, I created a watercolor background and white-embossed a shell. (Glad I didn't do a mermaid card since everyone else on the DT went that route.) Both the image and sentiment are from Impression-Obsession.
Hope you can join the Cookie Challenge.
I am entering this card in these challenges:
Word Art Wednesday #242 -- anything goes
Pattie's Creations #125  --anything goes
CRAFT #376 -- anything goes

  1. This is really soft looking and lovely - Has that shabby beach look that is popular. Thanks so much for joining us this month at the Patties' Creations Challenge, Elizabeth (DT)

  2. Hi Sandy!
I found your blog through the challenge at Word Art Wednesday. Your card is adorable. You are very inspiring for sure. I would like to invite you to stop by my blog and become a new blog follower on my blog. I don't have many followers, and would really enjoy having you visit and follow me if you can. Thanks for inspiring me.

  3. OOh! I like this a lot. Under the sea... it's so soft and gentle. I have a shell set barely used and should break it out and make something similar. Right after I do the 42 other things I was inspired to do earlier today. LOL. I really need a clone to do this work all day thing for me.

Stencils and diecuts

I've had the idea for this card for a while, but I finally got around to making it this week.  I started by stenciling the stone fence...
