I went cute and country with this card. The chicken and chicks are from an Alley Way set. They were colored with pencils and fussy cut. I used a marker and colored pencil to create the little tufts of grass. The sunflower ribbon adds another touch of cute and cheerful, and the gingham pattern background adds to the country feel.

What a cute card Sandy, I'm such a lover of Gingham, Spots, Dots and Plaid, on cards and you haven't disappointed me and this Hen and her baby chicks are so cute. I love the sentiment Sending Smiles (rather than Thinking of You) which I use. This is a great card and thanks so much for sharing your work with us over at Polkadoodles DigiChoosday and good luck.
